Brother Toner and His Family

Brother Toner Printers are some of the best around. But what about Brother’s family? He comes from a very noble line of printers. Here’s a little bit about his ancestors.

In 1938 Chester Carlson developed electrophotography, more commonly known as the Xerox. This laid the foundation for modern printing.

The first laser printer was called EARS, and took two years to develop and complete back in 1969. This took place at the Xerox Research Center in Palo Alto. In 1977 the 9700 employed Xerox technology with a laser beam. This printer was a direct descendant of EARS and contributed much to laser optics technology, the generation of characters, and page formatting for the next generation of laser printers.

Just one year later, IBM released the first high speed laser printer in the accounting office of F.W. Woolworth in Milwaukee, WI, printing at more than 100 impressions per minute.

In 1984 Hewlett Packard released the Laser Jet, which sold for $3,600. By 1992, the price of laser printers had decreased dramatically in relation to the furtherance of technology. That same year the LaserJet 4 printed at 600 by 600 dots per inch of resolution.

Today, Brother Toner and Brother Toner cartridges are leading the way in print technology. The future of laser printing is bright. The Brother family only has room to grow.

Brotherly Love

Brother Toner. Where would I be without you? At the printing lab, Kinko’s, or probably forking over 30 bucks a month to those dastardly inkjet services. I just feel like we’ve grown so much together over the years, you’ve been so good to me. Your Brother Drum and Brother Toner cartridges are all so wholesome and safe. Whenever I have to replace those Brother Toner cartridges, it’s so easy and rare. You never disrespect me, never make any coy beeps or unruly chirps. I love you.

I remember when I first brought you home, plugged you in. You looked a little uneasy, or maybe that was just me, adjusting to the newness of your presence. And finally after I installed you, you printed with such style, clarity, and grace. I mean, if I had to go to the ends of the earth for you, I would.

Where do we go now? I feel like our relationship is just as good as it’s ever been. We’re happy together, you printing your Brother toner way, me accepting you gladly for who you are. I can’t imagine printing anywhere else. I hope you feel the same way. If you ever need anything, a new Brother Drum, Brother toners, just let me know. I’m happy when you’re happy. Over the years, I feel like you've become a Brother to me. I just wanted to let you know how I feel.

Brother Toner Saves Me Cash On Books Too

I recently bought a Brother printer, which was a really great investment. The thing that’s best about it is that Brother toner makes it so that I can print vast amounts of whatever I want. Brother toner cartridges work differently from inkjet cartridges in that instead of spraying ink, they use a Brother drum to electronically pick up the ink. This saves ink in the long run.

Plus, with such grandiose printing capabilities, I can print anything I want; namely, books. I’m a big reader, and with everything on the internet these days, I can just as easily print out entire books and read them in my hand. I really do like the feeling of paper on my fingers and the weight of knowing how much of the book I have left. Reading off of one of those e-reader screens is convenient, sure, but it’s so cold.

In any event, this new Brother printer saves me money in a big way, both on paying $25 per book and forking over 20 or 30 bucks every month for a new print cartridge. Brother toner cartridges are much more reliable and longer lasting. I just wish that I had made the switch sooner.

Making the Switch to Brother Toners

I recently made the switch to a laser printer with Brother toner and I have never been happier. My old inkjet printer ran out of ink about monthly and although it was relatively new, it always displayed warning signs on the LCD screen about replacing the ink cartridge and realigning somethingerother. But with Brother toner I never have any issue with ink, and during the six weeks or so that I’ve had this printer, it has not had one problem. Not one issue on the LCD screen either.

Since I’m a student I was initially concerned about investing in Brother toner since it is a bit pricier than the old inkjet cartridges, but now I realize how much I save with Brother toner cartridges. Since laser printers use a Brother drum to electrically pick up the ink and distribute it, there is much less waste. So the Brother toner really lasts much longer than any inkjet cartridge, and as a result, winds up saving me money. And I know that because Brother is a reputable brand, I’ll probably have this printer for a long while.

I know, I was reluctant like you once. But now that I’ve made the switch I can see where the future of printing is headed.
