Affordable Brother Toner Cartridges Let Me Print in Color!

I run a business out of my home and have to send a lot of letters out to clients about my specials, offers, and services. Naturally, I invested in some elegant textured printer paper and envelopes, along with some reliable Brother Toner cartridges to go with my laser jet printer.

My professional looking letters were already impressing my clients and attracting new customers, but I wanted to jazz it up a little by adding a color version of my logo to the top of each mailing. I mean, I run an eco-friendly company—something should be green!

My husband thought I was crazy. He told me startup businesses like mine can never afford “luxuries” like printing in color. And I told him to visit www.BrotherToner.com, a website loaded with discount Brother Toner cartridges guaranteed to work. With prices like these, I can print in color as much as I want without having to worry about the expense. Besides, how am I supposed to transition out of startup mode if I don’t impress my clients? Since I added color logos, business has already started to improve.

How Do I Know What Kind Of A Toner To Buy?

Unfortunately a toner IS ever-ending. At some point or another you will have to change your Brother toner cartridges - but sometimes this can be a little confusing as to how you are supposed to know which cartridge you should buy as a replacement! Most printers are going to only be able to use one type of cartridge or Brother drum. For example, if it’s a Brother Toner DR570, then chances are you won't be able to buy a TN-580 because it's simple not going to be compatible. So first and foremost it's important that you know what serial number or manufacture number your Brother toner cartridges are.

This can easily be done by either pulling the cartridge out of the machine, or by taking a look at your manual. If you have lost your manual, it’s okay! Just lift the cartridge in and out of your machine and look for a model, once you find this model number, you will want to take a look at our website and either do a search for the specific printer model or the Brother toner model - this is where you are then going to find your specific cartridge. Still unsure?

Well the model and serial numbers are usually 100% correct, however, if you want to be super-sure, you could also look online and type in the model number of your printer and find a photo of it to make sure it's the exact one you have! Check out some of our Brother Drum products and Brother Toner Cartridges available on our website now!

Does My Printer Cartridge Really Matter As Far As Quality Goes?

It seems like nowadays just about everyone owns a printer in their home or their office. Just recently I decided to get rid of my old school ink jet printer that was constantly breaking down on me. Instead, I bought a printer, fax machine and a copy machine all in one unit. It rocks. This is probably the best choice I could have made considering I not only use a printer for my home, but my home office as well. I print up a lot of things, but I also didn't want to buy a fax machine and a copy machine on top of everything else. So by having it all in one small unit I can ensure efficiency in my time and my work.

My old printer used an ink cartridge. I'll be honest, it wasn't the best quality one would hope for when printing out documents and excel sheets. But with this new laser printer I got, it prints out amazingly well! The thing you still need to realize is that it doesn't matter what kind of a printer you have, you are still going to have SOME problems with your toner cartridges. Everything from spots and splotches to that faded look we all hate.

But this can be fixed! It's important you choose a good cartridge for YOUR own use. One of the most popular brands is the Brother toner cartridges or Brother drum options. The toners are for ink jets and the drums are for laser printing - which by the way is pretty awesome as far as quality goes! Make sure you check out some of our Brother toners such as TN-580, TN580, TN-350, TN350, TN-360, TN360 and Brother DR520!
